依达拉奉右莰醇治疗血管性痴呆的作用机制研究

摘要:

血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VaD)是痴呆的第二种常见形式,给患者生活及家庭带来严重影响。改善 VaD 患者认知功能是临床治疗迫切需要的,但目前 VaD 没有明确的特效治疗方法。依达拉奉右莰醇作为一种新型神经保护剂,通过多种机制保护神经细胞,其良好的脑保护作用已得到国内外临床研究的证实。文章就依达拉奉右莰醇在VaD 治疗中可能的作用机制进行综述。

Abstract:

Vascular dementia(VaD)is the second most common forms of dementia,which has a serious impact on the daily life of patients and their families. Therefore,it is urgent to improve the cognitive function of patients with VaD. However,there is no specific treatment for the disease. Edaravone dexboeol,as a novel neuro⁃ protective agent,may play a role in the protection of neurons through a variety of mechanism. Its cerebral protec⁃ tive effect has been confirmed by clinical researches at home and abroad. This paper reviews the possible mecha⁃ nism of edaravone dexboeol on the treatment of VaD.
